Motion made to correct the signs by Saturday April 25, 2009. This motion is Firsted by Thad H and Seconded by Jake W. motion put to a vote and all members in favor/

Todd S bring up agenda to take measurements to get the correct information for our signs. This is seconded by Jake W. putting it to a board vote. All members are in favor.
This has not been done yet.
Are there plans to finish up B placements on hole 9 and 17? Both these have very little work left to finish up, Mainly gettin the sleeve and cement in the ground.
Bunch of other stuff too. but cant think of it right now. I just saw this topic today figured id better get something up here.

These issues are of great importance to all HDGA members. We have all the new signs and are in the progress of making this happen. Please be patient as these things take time (Having monies for the annual dues and such). I will make it a priority to make sure that these old agenda items are taken care of. Thanks for you concern and we encourage you and all HDGA members to attend the posted scheduled meeting that will come in the future.

Selling of discs from the HDGA. I thought it was only at offical HDGA events and only sold to HDGA members. Did I miss the meeting that changed this? I understand that the selling the discs is to make money for the club. I dont understand how it helps promote disc-golf in our area when the discs being sold are cheeper then the local business's can sell them, except maby to new players that only own one or two discs. If it is true that they are only being sold at HDGA events and scrambles then the lower price isnt as crippling to the local disc sellers.

Any way to get the date time and place posted for the meetings? I know you keep saying its the whatever of the whatever. but get it posted. This not only helps new members that may have never made a meeting but also helps when those of us that do attend meetings forget if its the first or second or last or.....

Everyone, please remember that this is a disc golf course shared by everyone in the community. There has been extensive work and countless hours that has gone into the making an upkeep of one of the finest courses in NE Minnesota. DO NOT cut down trees or break limbs because they may be unfavorable to your shot. Course abuse will not be tolerated!
